Rafael is a gorgeous Filipino actor. He was born to Filipino parents based in Norway. His dad is Cebuano and her mom is Bicolano. Both migrated to Norway where he was born in 1982. Despite being a full-bloodied Filipino, he can hardly speaks Filipino/Tagalog when he arrived in the Philippines in 2002 since he was born and raised in Norway. To improve his language proficiency, he took up Tagalog lesson and reads aloud Tagalog material for at least an hour a day. Rafael is a very loyal person.
